Choice Discount Stores are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 and have published this policy to help you understand how and why Choice collect information from you, to whom such information is disclosed and what your rights are. What information do we collect and why?

When you sign up to receive our marketing email newsletter, we will collect the following information from you.
- First Name. We require your first name to personalise any correspondence between us, Choice, and you the customer
- Last name. We require your last name to personalise any correspondence between us, Choice, and you the customer
- We require your email address for the basis of uniquely identifying you in our database and sending you emails
- We will use this to send you updates on your local stores and inform you of store openings
- If you choose to share your birthday date we will use this to send you future birthday offers
- Age group. If you choose to share your age group with us, we will use this information for internal reporting purposes
If you no longer want to receive marketing emails from us you can click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
In order to undertake website personalisation, we will also gather information about the devices you use to access our sites (desktop and mobile), and this may include IP address. For further information on our use of cookies and tracking please see our Cookie Notice.
When you shop in our stores we use CCTV for security monitoring purposes and for safeguarding our customers.
