AUTUMN £100 GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY – OCTOBER 2023

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant, and Choice Discount Stores, Rectory Rd, Hadleigh, Benfleet SS7 2ND.

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is only open to residents in the UK. The following people are NOT eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of Choice, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize supplier if applicable
Immediate family members of Choice employees or members of their household

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion opens on 03/10/2023 and closing date is 11/10/2023 at 23:59 (UK TIME). Only entries received after the opening date and before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must like, tag a friend on the competition post either on our Instagram page or Facebook page, as well as follow us.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required. Multiple entries allowed.

SELECTION OF WINNER

There will be ONE winner picked. The winner will be selected at random within 72 hours of the end date. If the winner cannot be contacted after two attempts within 3 business days of the decision date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

PRIZE

The prize is a £100 Choice gift card. The winner must collect the prize from their selected local Choice store. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.

GENERAL

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice). All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of fulfilling prizes where applicable.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must take a selfie or photo of the Choice elephant (in Shoeburyness) and share it on Instagram or Facebook and tag our official page.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

GENERAL

Gift Cards

You can use a gift card as full or part payment for goods purchased in Choice Discount Stores. Any payment credited to a gift card which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit being revoked. The value of purchases will be deducted from the card balance; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. Gift cards are not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards cannot be used in any Next stores or online next.co.uk. No change or refund will be given in cash. The card will not be honoured if re-sold.

The card will expire 24 months after activation date and any remaining balance will be deducted. Gift cards must be purchased at full price. Discount codes or employee discount cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Choice cannot accept any responsibly if your card is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. Gift cards remain the property of Choice and are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this service at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Stock Availability

Due to the fast turnaround of stock, some products will be in low quantities and may sell out even when still displayed on the site. Please also note that while all of our stores have a wide range of high street brand products at low prices, in some cases only selected stores will have stock of particular items. All products on this site were in stock at time of posting, and new items are added regularly.

Conditions of Sale

The following conditions highlight our policy on unwanted goods. They do not apply to goods that are not of a satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose or as described. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Where indicated, garments/goods marked seconds should be inspected thoroughly before purchasing.

2. Refunds cannot be given without a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers wishing to return goods must do so within 28 days.

3. No refunds can be given on discounted sale/clearance goods. Exchange or credit note only.

4. For hygiene reasons all undergarments, mattresses, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Other

All furniture items for delivery must by inspected before purchase. The use of this third-party delivery service is done at your own discretion and risk and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage you experience as a result of your use of third-party services.

Any delivery charges are paid directly to the third-party & any warranty that is provided by a third-party is provided solely by such third-party and not by Choice Discount Stores Ltd, who have no affiliation with this company.

If you have chosen to have an item delivered by a third-party service, it is your sole responsibility to check the measurements of the item to ensure it will fit into your home, before arranging collection. You will be charged for delivery if you are not at home at time of delivery, or if you refuse delivery for any reason other than damage/fault caused in transit.
